DESCRIPTION:

The One Piece Card Game is a competitive trading card game inspired by the world-famous One Piece manga and anime series. In this game, two players face each other using decks built around a powerful Leader card, which defines both the deck’s strategy and its available colors. First and foremost, each deck must contain exactly 50 cards that match the Leader’s color identity, as well as exactly 10 DON!! cards, which function as the game’s main resource system.

HOW TO PLAY:

At the beginning of the game, both players place their Leader card face-up in the Leader area. Next, each player shuffles their main deck and DON!! deck into their respective zones and draws five cards as a starting hand. If necessary, players are allowed a single mulligan to redraw their hand. After that, cards equal to the Leader’s life value are placed face-down in the Life area, which represents the player’s remaining health.

The main objective of the game is to reduce the opponent’s life to zero through successful attacks. Alternatively, a player can also win if their opponent runs out of cards in their deck. During each turn, players proceed through a structured sequence of phases, including the Refresh Phase, Draw Phase, DON!! Phase, Main Phase, and End Phase. As a result, gameplay remains clear, balanced, and easy to follow.

During the Main Phase, players can spend DON!! cards to play Character, Event, or Stage cards. Moreover, DON!! cards can be attached to Leaders or Characters to increase their power, therefore allowing stronger attacks. Characters are used to battle opponents, while Event cards provide instant effects, and Stage cards offer ongoing advantages. Consequently, strategic decision-making and resource management play a crucial role throughout the match.
